Kathleen Collins

Kathleen Collins is professor and librarian at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. She is author of Watching What We Eat: The Evolution of Television Cooking Shows and Dr. Joyce Brothers: The Founding Mother of TV Psychology. Her workhas also appeared in the Journal of Popular Film and Television, Critical Studies in Television, Journalism & Mass Communication Quarterly, and Camera Obscura: Feminism, Culture, and Media Studies.
