Cards for Life is a colourful, fun card game designed to help young people aged 11+ to develop their emotional well-being and resilience.
Designed to help young people to to learn and think about their understanding of themselves and others, the resource is full of creative ideas to encourage discussion about common social, emotional and moral dilemmas. Featuring 40 scenarios based on real-life situations, plus questions to prompt and guide discussion, the resource covers topics including: health and emotional well-being; family life; planning for the future; rules and regulations; rights, values and beliefs; and achieving and enjoying success.
The pack also includes eight blank cards for you to create your own scenarios.
